RETURN & REFUND POLICY — ARIANG STORE
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ariang Store does not cover return shipping fees.
Sizing & Responsibility Our jerseys are manufactured in Asian sizing. A detailed size guide is available on every product page, along with an explicit recommendation to size up compared to your usual European size. Ariang Store cannot be held responsible for orders placed without prior consultation of the size guide or product description. Returns due to incorrect size selection are not eligible for a refund, however a size exchange may be granted subject to availability and at the customer's expense.
Size Exchanges Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
Accepted Refunds A full refund is granted only in the following cases:
- Item received damaged — photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery
- Package not delivered after 30 business days — carrier confirmation required
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed or untagged items
- Orders returned without prior contact with our customer service
- Returns initiated after the 14-day window
